The Demand Planner will drive and support the development of the Demand Planning Forecast for Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. The role gathers inputs, builds forecast models, and utilizes customer insights to improve forecast accuracy. Reports to the Demand Manager with no direct reports.

Responsibilities include managing the planning system, collaborating across regions, and preparing data for executive review while supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong forecasting and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the development of the Demand Planning Forecast weekly.
• Review data, build forecast models, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics to reach consensus.
• Prepare data and metrics for executive review and escalate gaps.
