Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola seeks a Director, Demand Planning Sales to provide strategic leadership for the Demand Planning function and direct the team responsible for demand planning across the organization.

The role leads the Sales demand planning component of the IBP process, partnering with executive leadership, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations to align objectives and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business or related field.
• 10+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, or Operations.
• 6+ years' experience in demand planning, forecasting, analytics, or SCM.
• 4+ years' experience leading managers and/or leaders of teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team with strategic direction and performance management.
• Own governance and continuous improvement of enterprise demand planning and IBP processes.
• Develop and reconcile demand forecasts, risks, opportunities, and assumptions into a single enterprise Demand Plan.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and executive leadership to align objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and communicate demand planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, bias, service levels).
• Champion demand planning technology, analytics, automation, and agentic AI to improve forecast quality.
• Lead enterprise demand risk assessments, scenario planning, and contingency planning.
