Job summary

Select Search Group is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead client relationships and drive marketing strategies that generate measurable pipeline growth and revenue. This role emphasizes strategic, client-facing leadership with HubSpot expertise and cross-functional coordination.

The ideal candidate will advise senior stakeholders, oversee integrated demand generation campaigns, and drive substantial pipeline through data-driven campaigns and strong measurement.

Qualifications

• Strategic marketer with B2B focus and client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and deliver measurable results.
• Experience in demand generation, inbound, or ABM campaigns preferred.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and CRM analytics familiarity.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Executive presence and sound business judgment for client guidance.
• Experience in technology, logistics, or supply chain marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as trusted strategic advisor.
• Develop demand generation strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across inbound, ABM, paid media, email, content, and PR.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure effective execution and strong performance.
• Utilize HubSpot and analytics tools to measure results and optimize campaigns.
• Link marketing activities to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
