Job summary

Archetype AI is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to scale our marketing-sourced pipeline from Silicon Valley. You’ll set the demand strategy, own the pipeline target, and design campaigns that bring new customers to Archetype.

This hands-on role requires leading multi-channel programs, collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing and Communications, and shaping how a new category finds its buyers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation at a Series A to C company.
• Experience building a repeatable, marketing-sourced pipeline engine.
• Experience planning and running multi-channel programs across ABM, paid, email, events and outbound.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot and modern GTM tools such as Clay and HeyReach.
• Daily use of AI in campaign work, from targeting and personalization to testing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing-sourced pipeline to hit quarterly targets.
• Lead an evidence-based ICP and tiered target account program.
• Build agent-first and self-serve funnels turning web visitors into qualified opportunities.
• Drive measurable pipeline from Tier 1 events and key partners (e.g., AWS).
• Lead a growth marketer responsible for multi-channel campaigns end to end.
