Job summary

Pattern is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to build and scale a paid, programmatic, and AI-powered engine driving pipeline and revenue. The role leads a multi-channel strategy and owns the demand gen budget, collaborating with marketing and product teams to optimize messaging and timing.

Hybrid role based in Lehi, UT. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, deep channel expertise (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, retail media), and a track record

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing experience.
• Leadership experience with multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong analytics and attribution knowledge (GA4, MMM).

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, programmatic, retail media, and AI-driven channels.
• Own the demand gen budget and allocate spend based on performance data.
• Partner with Head of Product Marketing to align messaging and launch timing with GTM strategy.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for campaign optimization and personalization at scale.
• Lead automated lead scoring, nurture, and attribution workflows across the MarTech stack.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics (CAC, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL) to optimize performance.
