Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) Manager for the Emerging Enterprise unit. You will build, lead, and inspire a team of DSAs who help EE customers accelerate their journey from idea to production on the Databricks Platform.

Your team will focus on accelerating use case onboarding, enabling production workloads, and driving success in production, ensuring every customer achieves measurable outcomes and business value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles with 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and migrations.
• Strong SQL and Python/Scala, with architecture design sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hire and grow DSAs to production success across data, AI and ML workloads.
• Lead onboarding, reduce friction, and enable high-impact workloads in production.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services.
• Maintain technical excellence and pursue certifications to stay ahead.
• Establish forecasting and tracking for workload progress and customer health.
