Job summary

Eos Talent is seeking a Head of Business Development for a leading DeFi protocol in NYC. This is a build-from-scratch role: you will define the commercial strategy, design the processes, and personally close the most strategic partnerships with fintechs and financial institutions.

You will own two areas: new business development and account management, ensuring existing institutional partners grow. You will report to the CEO and lead the function as the first BD leader.

Qualifications

• Crypto-native with DeFi fluency and no learning curve.
• Proven track record building a BD function from scratch.
• Experience originating and closing institutional partnerships in capital markets or financial infrastructure.
• People leadership: hired, managed, and held a team accountable.

Responsibilities
