Job summary

Symbiotic offers a fully remote senior commercial role focused on developing partnerships, DeFi integrations, and strategic alliances across its product suite.

You'll work closely with the CEO and product leads to shape growth strategies, identify opportunities, and accelerate deals with a pre-existing network of crypto-native funds and protocol founders. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong market instincts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing strategic alliances.
• Strong negotiator with energy and closing power.
• Deep network among liquid crypto funds, DeFi curators and protocol founders.
• Experience driving growth in TVL, liquidity or protocol adoption.
• Understanding of lending, CDPs, DEXs, and yield-bearing stablecoins.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with on-chain fintech interest.
• CRM experience (HubSpot) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with business development across product verticals.
• Drive partnerships, DeFi integrations and strategic alliances.
• Develop and manage partner pipelines and CRM notes.
• Identify market opportunities to win market share.
• Leverage your network to accelerate deals.
• Collaborate with CEO and product teams to growth strategy.
• Engage with DeFi community to gather product feedback.
