Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Manager on the Performance and Insights team to drive analytics and decision support for Commercial Intelligence. You will help build trusted data foundations and scalable intelligence capabilities powering Roundel's analytics and decision making.

You will lead cross-functional teams, elevate analytical capabilities, and drive adoption of automation and AI-enabled insights across multiple enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Digital Media, Agency, Marketing, Retail, Data/Analytics, or BI.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership or cross-functional leadership experience.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in ambiguity.

• Elevate the analytical and consulting acumen on the team.
• Coach and develop team members with clear expectations and goals.
• Drive transformation of processes to leverage automation and AI.
