Cedar is seeking a Sr. Director of Data & Integrations Engineering to lead ~35 engineers across Data Engineering, Integration Engineering, and Integration Support Engineering.

You will report to the CTO and shape a new data foundation powering AI-driven products while expanding integration capabilities across the business. Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in software engineering or technical implementation.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership, including 4+ years managing managers.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Solid grounding in integration systems and data.

Aufgaben

• Delivery predictability across three parallel workstreams (greenfield platform work, client implementations, production operations).
• Grow engineering managers and high-performing teams; balance technical roadmap with people development.
• Own reliability and SLA performance of Cedar's integration systems; improve observability and on-call discipline.
• Partner on data platform evolution, migrating to modern architecture and enabling downstream teams with trusted data.
• Scale integration frameworks and onboarding for new clients and product lines.
