Cedar Investment Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own talent acquisition across a broad range of professional and technical functions. Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting professional and technical roles within real estate, infrastructure, or related environments.
• Strong sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches with stakeholders.
• Experience developing and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions including Development, Engineering, Finance, Operations and Executives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop strategies.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Advise hiring managers through interview and selection processes with market insights.
• Develop offer strategies and drive negotiations with HR and managers.
• Manage staffing plan and align recruiting with headcount budgets.
• Utilize recruiting analytics to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and pipeline health.
• Enhance processes, candidate experience, and employer brand, including Workday Recruiting usage.
