• Strong expertise in software engineering and production systems.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and reliability.
• Solid SQL and data engineering instincts with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake; cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience evaluating production code and architecture.
• Experience managing vendors and external partners.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and LLM ecosystems.
• Experience in advertising, media, or media intelligence is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop the engineering team, including regular management, prioritization, task tracking, feedback, and blockers removal.
• Own day-to-day engineering execution and delivery, including sprint planning and follow-through.
• Establish engineering standards without unnecessary process overhead.
• Raise sophistication in automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, code review, observability, and production reliability.
• Improve security practices, including secrets management, access controls, and secure development.
• Review and evaluate complex code, data-processing logic, and production deployments.
• Reduce key-person dependencies by documenting systems and distributing knowledge.
• Lead or oversee large-scale production operations like data migrations and system upgrades.
• Work with external partners while maintaining strong internal technical ownership.
• Partner with Product and Sales to translate customer needs into capabilities.
• Determine where to adopt new technologies and where to simplify.
• Participate in hiring and shape the engineering organization as clients grow.
