Responsibilities

• Define and execute LinkedIn's long-term data center engineering strategy, capacity roadmap, and infrastructure growth plans.
• Lead global data center operations, engineering, construction, and delivery across regions.
• Develop staffing plans and investment strategies to support growth.
• Serve as executive point of contact for data center providers and senior stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in data center design, sustainability, automation, and AI readiness.
• Oversee design reviews of electrical, mechanical, and critical infrastructure systems.
