Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Data Insights Leader to manage Marketing & Business Development data and reporting, overseeing CRM analysis, data quality, training, and technology adoption to deliver practical insights, tools, and processes that support client acquisition, relationship growth, campaign effectiveness, and business development priorities.

The role partners with business leaders to translate needs into CRM, reporting, technology, and data governance priorities, develops dashboards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing or sales operations, CRM admin, data analytics, reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional data, CRM, marketing tech, or business development initiatives.
• Hands-on with CRM and reporting platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) including dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience supporting campaigns, lead lifecycle management, pipeline activity, client acquisition, and technology adoption.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Data Insights team by setting priorities and coaching team members.
• Partner with firm leaders to translate business needs into CRM, reporting, and data governance priorities.
• Develop and improve dashboards and analyses covering client relationships, pipeline, and campaigns.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to CRM, Power BI dashboards, and related processes.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing on lead scoring and lifecycle management.
• Create training, documentation, and process guidance for using data and tools.
• Gather user feedback and monitor service measures to improve adoption.
