Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Regional Marketing Associate to support the managing partner, industry leaders, and marketing and business development efforts to advance strategic growth initiatives. The role spans campaigns, brand awareness, event planning, social media, advertising, and market analysis.

You will collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Director and regional team, contributing to client-centric marketing practices and maintaining knowledge of platforms and tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CRM familiarity or experience with marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate awareness of key strategic growth opportunities and services to support marketing and business development.
• Support thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements, social media, articles, webinars, and videos.
• Coordinate local association and conference activities, including memberships, logistics, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities.
• Plan and manage local Forvis Mazars-hosted events, including defining goals, selecting locations, identifying target audiences, and managing session logistics and invitations.
• Assist in identifying target markets and prospects, ensuring accurate inclusion in Forvis Mazars systems.
• Support industry professionals with market and competitive analysis, as well as project management tasks.
• Participate in collaborative efforts to ensure alignment with team strategy.
• Develop client-centric mindset and understanding of marketing best practices while adhering to Forvis Mazars' philosophy.
• Maintain a basic understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and training resources.
• Collaborate with regional team members, including the Strategic Marketing Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Marketing Manager.
