You will champion data integrity, translate business needs into CRM solutions, and bridge operations with technology. Expect a hands-on role shaping adoption and analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of CRM administration experience, preferably with Unanet (Cosential).
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for CRM-related questions and adoption.
• Maintain data integrity through access management and audits.
• Lead onboarding and training to maximize value across divisions.
• Build strategic reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Power BI and other specialists to develop data visualizations.
