Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP seeks a Data Insights Leader to manage the Marketing & Business Development data and reporting team. You will guide CRM analysis, dashboards, and data quality, partnering with leaders to deliver actionable insights that support client acquisition, relationship growth, and campaign effectiveness.

You will lead initiatives to improve CRM, Power BI dashboards, and data governance, while enhancing training and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in marketing, business, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Five+ years experience in marketing or sales operations, CRM administration, data analytics, reporting, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting platforms including dashboards, data quality, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Insights team by setting priorities, assigning work, coaching, and monitoring delivery.
• Translate business needs into CRM, reporting, and data governance priorities with stakeholders.
• Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and analyses for client relationships, pipeline activity, campaigns, and market engagement.
• Evaluate and implement improvements to CRM, Power BI dashboards, and related processes.
• Partner with marketing to support lead lifecycle management and campaigns.
• Create training and documentation to help professionals use data and tools effectively.
• Gather user feedback to improve adoption and internal support.

Description & Requirements

The Data Insights Leader manages the Marketing & Business Development data and reporting team. This role oversees CRM analysis, reporting, data quality, training, and technology adoption and partners with business leaders to deliver practical insights, tools, and processes that support client acquisition, relationship growth, campaign effectiveness, and business development priorities.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Data Insights team by setting priorities, assigning work, coaching team members, and monitoring delivery.
• Partner with firm leaders, regional and sector stakeholders, and data owners to translate business needs into CRM, reporting, technology, and data governance priorities.
• Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and analyses covering client relationships, pipeline activity, campaign performance, pursuits, and market engagement.
• Evaluate, test, and implement improvements to CRM, Introhive, Power BI dashboards, and supporting business development processes.
• Partner with Digital Marketing on lead scoring and lead lifecycle management.
• Create training, documentation, and process guidance that help professionals use data and technology tools effectively.
• Gather user feedback and monitor service measures to improve adoption and internal support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, information systems, communications, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of experience in marketing or sales operations, CRM administration, data analytics, reporting, or a related field.
• Experience managing employees and coordinating cross-functional data, reporting, CRM, marketing technology, or business development initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and reporting platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau, including dashboard development, data quality, and data visualization.
• Experience supporting campaigns, lead lifecycle management, pipeline activity, client acquisition, and technology or workflow adoption.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Professional services, accounting, consulting, or business-to-business experience.
• Experience with Introhive, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or related marketing technology tools.
