Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director - Data Centers, Client Sourcing/Procurement, to lead sourcing and procurement for data center operations, focusing on supplier performance and client value. The director will partner with senior leadership and matrixed stakeholders to shape strategy, manage risk, and drive compliant execution across a complex portfolio. Remote role (US-based candidates only).

Compensation: $170,000–$215,000 annually. Travel 25% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience with successful teams.
• Experience in a matrix client organization.
• Willingness to travel 25% within the US.
