Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets; including 5+ years people leadership experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience
• Commercial building industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the global Data Center Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Identify growth opportunities for the Data Center business through market assessment and competitive insights.
• Define and oversee the data center product and solutions portfolio and strategic roadmap.
• Lead commercialization strategies and programs for Data Center products.
• Build and lead the Data Center Solutions team and retain top talent.
• Drive operating plans, revenue, and operating income for the Data Center business.
