Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a visionary VP of Data Center Solutions to lead development and execution of the global data center strategy in North America and beyond. You will own the portfolio, build a high-performance team, and partner with finance to drive growth and profitability.

This remote role in the United States requires significant travel (50–75% based on location) and collaboration with affiliates worldwide to advance the Fusion plan and capture market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years managing vertical markets with 5+ years of people leadership.
• Minimum 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategies for sales growth.
• Commercial building industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Center solution strategy from assessment through execution in line with Fusion plan.
• Deliver annual operating plans for revenues and operating income.
• Own integration efforts for recent data center acquisitions.
• Build and lead the Data Center Solutions team and talent development.
• Define KPIs and drive data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with finance on business cases, budgeting and ROI.
• Foster partnerships across the organization and with external associations.
