Job summary

Daikin Applied seeks a leader to own the Data Center Solutions strategy in North America, guiding product and service initiatives within the Fusion plan. You will drive growth, lead the Data Center team across acquisitions, and build capabilities for market leadership.

The role requires strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to partner across the organization to deliver on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 10+ years experience managing vertical markets.
• 5+ years people leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Data Center market experience.
• Demonstrated success leading cross functional strategies resulting in sales growth and positive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Center strategy from organization assessment through execution aligned to Daikin's Fusion plan.
• Deliver annual operating plans with revenues and operating income.
• Build and lead Data Center Solutions team including talent development.
• Define and measure KPIs to inform decisions and drive performance.
