Lambda is seeking a seasoned sourcing leader to own the datacenter equipment category. You will guide a team of category managers across power, mechanical, and modular solutions; coordinate with design, engineering, and construction; and drive end-to-end sourcing events from RFI to contract.

You will negotiate high-value master agreements, set design standards, and push cost improvements in a constrained market.

Formación

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, with 5+ years leading category teams.
• Experience in datacenter, energy, or heavy industrial equipment is preferred.
• Proven track record closing large master supply agreements and capacity commitments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of category managers across electrical, mechanical, and modular equipment.
• Own the multi-year category strategy for datacenter infrastructure equipment.
• Secure supply in a constrained market; reserve manufacturing slots and commitments.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from specification through award.
• Negotiate master supply agreements, pricing, lead times, warranties, and terms.
• Standardize specifications and basis-of-design across sites for repeatable buys.
• Sequence awards against construction schedules and manage expediting and logistics.
• Own owner-furnished vs contractor-furnished equipment strategy with ECs and EPCs.
• Deliver cost reductions via should-cost, TC0, design-to-cost, and index-based pricing.
• Build partnerships with OEMs and suppliers to reduce concentration risk.
