Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a seasoned enterprise contracts leader to own data center capacity agreements and leasing strategies. You will negotiate leases, colocation, and service contracts with landlords and providers, while managing ongoing lease portfolios and critical dates.

The role requires a proven track record of closing $100M+ deals, strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance and Operations, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center or complex infrastructure contracting, commercial real estate, capacity leasing, or procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Lead negotiator who has personally closed large, complex agreements (typically $100M+).
• Experience negotiating data center leases, colocation, or related construction/equipment contracts.

Responsibilities

• Own contracting and commercial strategy for securing data center capacity—from leases to owned builds.
• Lead negotiations on high-value capacity agreements with landlords, providers, and developers.
• Manage lease portfolios: renewals, expansions, restructurings, and exits.
• Drive delivery schedules and ensure milestones and SLAs are met with accountability across parties.
• Set standards for contract execution: term sheets, templates, and governance.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations for executive deal briefings.
