Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Director of Data Center Contracts & Commercial Strategy to own the contracting and commercial strategy for securing data center capacity, from leases and colocation to owned builds. You will negotiate top-tier contracts, align with Legal and Finance, and drive performance obligations across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data center or complex infrastructure contracting, commercial real estate or capacity leasing, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Lead negotiator with proven closed deals typically $100M+ and direct negotiation experience.
• Experience negotiating data center leases or colocation agreements; understand pricing, structure and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own contracting and commercial strategy for data center capacity across leased, colocation, and owned sites.
• Lead lease and colocation negotiations from LOI to definitive agreements and service orders.
• Manage the lease portfolio: renewals, expansions, amendments, and closeout; track milestones and SLAs.
