Lambda is seeking an experienced leader to own and drive the category management for datacenter infrastructure equipment, including transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, and cooling systems. You will develop and execute multi-year strategies, negotiate high-value agreements, and partner across Design, Engineering, Construction, and Development to standardize specifications and drive value.

The role requires deep sourcing expertise, hands-on negotiation skills, and the ability to operate

Formación

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
• 5+ years leading category managers in datacenter/energy equipment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven multi-year category strategies for high-spend equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of category managers across electrical, mechanical, and modular equipment.
• Own multi-year category strategy for datacenter infrastructure equipment.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from spec to contract.
• Set standards for category governance and supplier data scalability.
