Job summary
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to own ODM/OEM sourcing for our data center hardware. You will manage end-to-end commercial relationships, run RFQ/RFP events, and negotiate build agreements to ensure capacity aligns with deployment plans.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategic sourcing and a deep understanding of BOM costs and total landed cost, with experience across global manufacturing footprints.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or ODM/OEM management.
- Proven negotiation of build and supply agreements with ODMs/OEMs.
- Deep understanding of BOM costs, should-cost models, and total landed cost.
- Experience leading platform-level partner selection and mass production ramp.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own ODM/OEM sourcing strategy across finished-goods portfolios.
- Lead end-to-end RFQ/RFP events and partner selection.
- Negotiate master manufacturing, pricing, NRE, tooling, and ramp terms.
- Manage executive relationships and quarterly business reviews with partners.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align capacity with deployment.
- Drive risk mitigation for supply continuity and cost optimization.
