Job summary

SysLogic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Data and Analytics Architect to lead the design of modern data and analytics platforms using Microsoft Fabric. The role combines strategy with hands‑on delivery and partnership with the sales team on new opportunities.

The architect will design end‑to‑end Fabric architectures, guide governance and security, and stay hands‑on throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to handoff.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in data and analytics, with at least three years in an architect role.
• Architect on at least two production Microsoft Fabric implementations.
• At least one full lifecycle greenfield architecture engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, information systems or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Leads requirements elicitation and design discussions with internal and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient data and analytics solutions.
• Define target architectures and build phased roadmaps.
• Design end‑to‑end Fabric architectures (OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse).
• Lead modernization from on‑premises SQL Server/Azure analytics to Fabric.
• Define data governance, data quality, lineage and security practices.
• Provide technical leadership to data engineers and analysts.
