Job summary

Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking a data and analytics leader to guide analysts and engineers in designing scalable analytics solutions. You will drive modernization toward Microsoft Fabric, enforce governance and HIPAA-compliant practices, and partner with business units to embed analytics across initiatives.

You will mentor talent, balance delivery with strategic roadmaps, and lead high-impact BI development while maintaining top-quality standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis roles.
• Demonstrated expertise with SQL and Power BI.
• Experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, life sciences, financial services, etc.).
• Advanced SQL and Power BI expertise, including data modeling, visualization, and performance optimization.
• Experience architecting scalable analytics solutions within modern data platforms (e.g., Fabric, Lakehouse, cloud ecosystems).
• Proven leader of high-performing teams, with experience developing talent and managing distributed resources.
• Strong project management skills; experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong business partnership skills, translating complex needs into impactful analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, quality, and compliance (HIPAA / regulated environments).
• Ability to operate and balance workload across both strategic and operational priorities.
• Hands-on, 'player-coach' mindset with willingness to directly contribute to complex analytics work.

• Design scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Drive end-to-end analytics outcomes and cross-functional workstreams.
