Job summary

This Sr Data Architect role at Baxter Healthcare will design and implement the data architecture of pipelines and models across enterprise databases. You will guide Data Engineers on best practices, develop secure data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics in business operations.

You should bring a strong background in data architecture, SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing, with cloud experience and a proactive approach to privacy and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred; 5 years of experience in data modeling or data warehousing.
• 5 years of AWS or Azure experience; strong background in SQL and ETL/ELT tools.
• Unix/Linux experience; data engineering or data pipeline development is desirable.
• Strong data architecture principles and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
