Job summary

Tuff Shed Inc. is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise BI, reporting, analytics, and data engineering capabilities. This working manager role combines people leadership with hands-on contribution to design, development, and support of analytics platforms and governance.

You will drive the analytics roadmap, partner with business leaders, and ensure timely delivery of trusted information to support decision making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in BI, analytics, data warehousing, or data engineering.
• Proven leadership of analytics teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise BI, analytics, reporting, and data engineering functions.
• Mentor and develop D&A team; set priorities and drive delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Oversee data governance, metadata, and data quality practices.
• Develop and execute the analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
