Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling seeks a Director of Enterprise Analytics to lead our analytics capabilities across Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT. This hands-on leadership role requires translating business needs into scalable analytics and reporting solutions, driving governance, and guiding a growing team.

You will shape our analytics standards, optimize Snowflake and Power BI environments, and deliver reliable data to executives for strategic decisions during a period of rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive analytics, BI, data, or related experience.
• Leadership experience overseeing analytics, BI, data engineering, or similar functions.
• Strong experience with Snowflake or equivalent cloud data platform.
• Strong experience with Power BI or equivalent enterprise BI platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise analytics strategy, standards, and processes.
• Oversee development and maintenance of dashboards, analytics models, and curated data.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, EHS, CX, and IT to translate needs into analytics solutions.
• Develop and optimize Snowflake analytics environment and governance.
• Ensure reliable data and scalable reporting for enterprise and departmental needs.
• Provide executives with meaningful dashboards and insights into performance.
