Job summary

TTI Group is seeking an IT BI Manager in a senior, full-stack capacity to lead data analytics and reporting across the enterprise. You will partner with the DAIE team to deliver AI-enabled analytics, define scalable pipelines, and advance single-source-of-truth data architecture.

You will drive SQL-based data prep, Power BI reporting, and advanced data modeling, while championing data governance and secure, auditable solutions across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of data analytics, data engineering, or BI experience.
• Strong SQL, Power BI, and data modeling skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and enterprise data governance.

Responsibilities

• Applies project management discipline to plan, sequence, and deliver complex, multi-phase data engineering and analytics initiatives.
• Partners with stakeholders across units to define technical solutions and scalable pipelines.
• Assists in implementing AI-enabled solutions such as Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Agents and Copilot agents.
• Collaborates with IT and data teams to ensure scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Implements advanced data modeling (dimensional, semantic, predictive) for analytics.
• Champions single-source-of-truth data architecture and consolidates reports into unified models.
• Establishes data governance practices including data quality and access controls.
• Writes, tests, and optimizes SQL queries across multiple sources.
• Builds and maintains Power BI reports and semantic models for enterprise decision making.
• Uses AI coding agents to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
