Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced heads of customer success to help train an AI model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on enterprise accounts, requiring 4+ years in customer success and a proven ability to run executive business reviews and craft executive-level slide decks with precision.

Position is fully remote with flexible hours (5-20 hours/week). Compensation is $70/hour, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core workflows (QBR decks, renewal business cases, adoption and value exhibits).
• Prepare executive sponsor updates and success plan presentations for enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor presentations to client needs and outcomes.
