Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Customer Success to train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will design, evaluate, and refine executive slide decks across QBRs, renewal cases, and adoption exhibits for enterprise accounts. Strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and precise written communication are essential.

This role is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours/week), starting ASAP. Compensation is $70 per hour and requires 4+ years in enterprise CS with a proven track record

Qualifications

• 4+ years in enterprise customer success at a top company.
• Track record of building and delivering executive business reviews.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for enterprise accounts.
• Create, evaluate, and refine quarterly business review decks, renewal business cases, and adoption exhibits.
• Deliver executive sponsor updates and orchestrate comprehensive success plan presentations.
