Job summary

Reflect Health in Mason, OH seeks an Implementation Coordinator to support onboarding new clients and coordinate across departments. You will help with documentation, data entry, and project tasks to ensure successful implementations in a self-funded/TPA environment.

The role offers exposure to client onboarding, benefits administration, and collaboration with Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service. Relevant healthcare or benefits experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a coordinator support, administrative, or project coordination role; healthcare or benefits admin exposure preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Jira or similar tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding activities and update workflow tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Enrollment, Claims, and Customer Service.
• Maintain client overviews and distribute tracking reports.
• Support renewal, termination, and project assignments; track tasks in Jira.
• Monitor deadlines and report status to the Implementation team.
