Job summary

BairesDev in the United States seeks a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new customer marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This hands-on leadership role will turn the existing client base and sales collateral into a growth engine, guiding a team of about eight across three functions.

You will define strategy, oversee positioning and messaging, and partner with Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing to drive revenue through upsell

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years hands-on experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Director, owning positioning and launches at a B2B company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing, including upsell/cross-sell campaigns, client case studies and references, client events and webinars, and ABM.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and new offerings.
• Lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, delivering pitch decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns, executive events, and advocacy programs.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to the CMO and executive team.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps and close them through messaging and collateral.
