Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Head of Customer and Solutions Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area reporting to the CMO. You will manage a team across three functions, define strategy, and collaborate with executives from Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing.

You will own product marketing, messaging, go-to-market plans, and the development of sales collateral, case studies, and proposals that drive revenue and win rates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall B2B marketing experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager or Director, owning positioning, messaging, and launches.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing hands-on, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans for service lines and new offerings, and monitor competitive intelligence.
• Lead the Sales Collateral and Copywriting teams, setting frameworks, standards, and delivering pitches, case studies, one-pagers, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building upsell and cross-sell campaigns, executive events, client references, and advocacy programs with revenue targets with Sales and Client Engagement.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs (collateral adoption, pipeline influence, revenue from existing accounts), and reporting to the CMO.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify win-rate gaps by segment and close them via messaging, collateral, and enablement.
