Job summary

BairesDev seeks a Head of Marketing to build and lead a new Customer Marketing area from the ground up, reporting directly to the CMO. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll turn our existing client base and our sales collateral into a genuine growth lever for the company.

This is your opportunity to inherit an experienced team of about eight people across three functions, define the strategy yourself, and work with executives across Sales, Client Engagement, Delivery, and Marketing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years as Product Marketing Manager or Director owning positioning and launches at a B2B company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or Engineering.
• Experience in customer marketing including upsell/cross-sell campaigns and ABM.
• Proficiency in copy management, briefing, editing, and quality control of B2B copy.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing, defining positioning and messaging for go-to-market plans.
• Lead Sales collateral and copywriting teams, delivering decks, case studies, and proposals.
• Lead Customer Marketing and Events, building campaigns with revenue targets.
• Build the new area by hiring, defining KPIs, and reporting results to leadership.
• Partner with Sales to identify gaps and close them through messaging and enablement.
