Collaboration is expected during team offsites, and the role will lead significant contributions to compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product engineering teams, ideally in Institutional/Enterprise.
• Deep understanding of secure system design and architecture.
• Experience in managing high-security systems where automation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale trust in Coinbase Custody as a secure platform.
• Define and execute a roadmap for innovative features.
• Lead the transition from high-security to high-availability systems.
• Maintain compliance with rigorous global regulatory requirements.
