Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Team member for the Custody organization to build and maintain secure custodial technology for digital assets. You will contribute to end-to-end custody services, including transfers, staking, and on-chain interactions, while upholding the company’s security-first culture.

You will work with a distributed team, primarily using Go, to deliver scalable, resilient services and mentor others on architecture and best practices in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Real world experience building complex distributed systems.
• We mostly use Go; languages can be learned.
• Engineering skills matter more than any specific language or framework.
• Concurreny, algorithms, and data structures foundational knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in task breakdown, estimation, design, implementation and maintenance of Custody systems.
• Write, review, test, and document code according to engineering standards.
• Dive deep into complex problems, formulate practical solutions.
• Review other developers' code to ensure consistency and share context.
