Job summary

Scento is seeking a Head of CRM & Lifecycle to own email, SMS and messaging programmes across multiple languages for customers in 27 European markets. You will craft journeys from welcome to win-back, drive repeat purchases and maximise customer lifetime value.

You will plan a CRM calendar around launches, gifting and the perfume advent calendar, work with data engineers on events, audiences and deliverability, and test to prove incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• 3+ years leading it at an e-commerce or D2C brand.
• Experience running multilingual programmes across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own email, SMS and messaging programmes in many languages: welcome journeys, abandoned cart, browse reminders, win-back and launches.
• Grow repeat purchase and customer lifetime value through segmentation and personalisation.
• Plan the CRM calendar around launches, gifting and the perfume advent calendar.
• Work with data and engineering on events, audiences and deliverability.
• Test relentlessly and report incremental revenue.
