Prosper, the first peer-to-peer lending marketplace in the United States, seeks a Senior Director of Credit Risk Analytics to lead underwriting, pricing, verification strategies, and overall credit performance for its Personal Loan business.

You will own the end-to-end credit risk management lifecycle, partnering across Capital Markets, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering to drive profitable growth and investor returns.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• 12+ years of credit risk management experience in Credit Card or Personal Loan sectors.
• 7+ years of people leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk analytics, underwriting, pricing, and verification strategies for Personal Loans.
• Own end-to-end credit risk management lifecycle and optimize strategies with ML/AI.
• Collaborate across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Present data-driven recommendations to executives and investors.
