Job summary

Prosper is seeking a Senior Director, Credit Risk Analytics to lead credit underwriting, pricing, verification strategies, and overall credit performance for our Personal Loan business. You will guide the end-to-end risk framework, leveraging ML/AI models and data to drive profitable growth and investor returns.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience managing credit risk within Credit Card or Personal Loan sectors.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience with analytics, ML/AI, and risk modelling.
• Hybrid work adaptability and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize credit risk strategy, pricing, and verification frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Oversee risk appetite, loss forecasting, and stress testing.
• Evaluate new data sources and vendors for risk insights.
• Monitor portfolio performance and drive data-driven strategy changes.
