Job summary

Prosper is seeking a Senior Director of Credit Risk Analytics to own credit risk, pricing, and verification strategies for its Personal Loan portfolio. You will lead a team applying ML/AI models and data-driven insights to drive profitable growth while protecting investor returns.

You will collaborate across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing to implement end-to-end risk management and communicate findings to executives and investors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as economics, statistics, or engineering.
• 12+ years of credit risk management experience in consumer lending or related sectors.
• 7+ years of people leadership with proven mentoring and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk analytics, pricing, and verification strategies for Personal Loan business.
• Collaborate across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Marketing.
• Develop automated decision-making strategies and manage end-to-end risk processes.
• Forecast credit losses and run stress testing to balance risk and growth.
