You will shape risk appetite, forecast losses, implement strategic improvements, and build compelling investor narratives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 12+ years of experience in credit risk within Credit Card or Personal Loan sectors.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience with mentoring and building high‑performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and Optimize: Develop credit, pricing, and verification strategies using ML/AI and analytics to enhance credit and fraud performance.
• Translate complex findings into actionable enhancements and present data-driven recommendations to executives and the Credit Risk Committee.
• Collaborate across departments (Capital Markets, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Engineering) to implement high‑performing strategies.
• Manage Risk Appetite: oversee credit losses, loss forecasting, and stress testing exercises.
• Identify, evaluate, and build business cases for new vendors and data sources; explore emerging technologies.
• Monitor portfolio performance at a granular level and adjust strategies as needed.
