VaynerX is seeking a visionary Director of CAIT Partnerships to lead strategy, operations, and execution across creator, influencer, and talent programs for major US brand accounts. You will align client goals with creator activations, manage a high-performing team, and cultivate deep partnerships with agencies and platforms to secure exclusive opportunities.

In this hybrid role, you will translate data into actionable plans, drive measurable outcomes, and scale programs across the CAIT

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, influencer marketing, or creator economy.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a direct-reports team.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead CAIT strategy development and pitches tied to client metrics.
• Advise senior brand marketers on influencer landscape and campaign plans.
• Manage and mentor a team; build resource planning for balanced workloads.
• Build partnerships with talent agencies and platforms (TikTok, IG, YouTube, Twitch).
• Oversee talent sourcing, white-listing, contracting, and cross-functional compliance.
