Job summary

VaynerX in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned business leader to run day-to-day client partnerships and deliver revenue growth across a portfolio of $10–$15MM.

You will execute the client vision with senior stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns meet objectives. This hybrid role offers strategic influence, competitive compensation, and opportunities to scale client success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing a client’s business and managing a $10–$15MM portfolio.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across social, digital, and traditional media.
• Strong proposal and new business pitch capability to win clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with senior clients to align objectives and outcomes.
• Drive growth by expanding revenue and profitability across client portfolios.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning Creative, Strategy, Media, Analytics, and Production.
• Sell in new business and guide strategic opportunities for clients.
• Ensure projects stay on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
