Job summary

VaynerX's CAIT team is seeking a personable Partnership Manager to drive influencer sourcing, negotiate campaigns, and manage end-to-end execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate contracting and invoicing, and ensure campaigns meet client objectives with excellence.

The role is hybrid and involves staying ahead of social media trends across major platforms. Travel may be required for onsite events and relationship-building opportunities.

Overall Purpose

We are seeking a personable and highly organized Partnership Manager to support the execution of paid and earned influencer programs within VaynerMedia's CAIT (Creator, Affiliate, Influencer & Talent) Team. This role requires an individual with experience in influencer sourcing, outreach, negotiations, campaign management, contracting, and invoicing/payment processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support budget management, and drive projects to successful completion while aligning with client objectives and VaynerX's standards of executional excellence.

What You’d Do

Influencer Sourcing

• Source influencers that fit the correct demographic and audience for each campaign across various clients and budgets
• Keep a pulse on trending influencers within the space to use for brand partnerships
• Use influencer marketing tools to assess and find ideal partners

Influencer Campaign Management

• Project lead for end-to-end paid campaign execution, which includes, but is not limited to, both mass and direct outreach emails, contract negotiations, content deliverable reviews and approvals, and processing influencer paperwork/payments
• Organize campaign details in internal drives and keep trackers up-to-date
• Ensure influencer content was posted on the specified date and obtain live links and screenshots

Become an Expert in the Influencer Marketing Space

• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key contacts within the influencer space
• Stay informed of platform updates, specifically across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch, and X
• Maintain an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, staying on top of trends and implementing changes as needed, and help with the newsletter

What You’ve Got

• Experience in social media influencer campaign management, ideally within the marketing, advertising, influencer, affiliate, or PR industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• You are a reliable, motivated, self-sufficient, and fast worker
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with a focus on delivering results within timeline constraints.
• You are obsessed with all things social media and are usually following rising influencers before they go viral
• Strong interest in influencer event management that may require domestic travel
