Job summary

VaynerX's CAIT team is seeking a personable Partnership Manager to drive influencer sourcing, negotiate campaigns, and manage end-to-end execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate contracting and invoicing, and ensure campaigns meet client objectives with excellence.

The role is hybrid and involves staying ahead of social media trends across major platforms. Travel may be required for onsite events and relationship-building opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media influencer campaign management within marketing/PR.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on timelines; self-driven and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Source influencers that fit the demographic and audience for each campaign across clients and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end paid campaign execution, including outreach, negotiations, content reviews, and payments.
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts; stay updated on platform changes (IG, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitch, X).
