Inno Supps is seeking a Director of Affiliate Marketing to own and scale our affiliate and creator programs across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other channels. This role focuses on growth and relationship management, turning creators into revenue-driving partners and building a robust affiliate roster.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related growth roles.
• Hands-on experience managing an affiliate or creator program with revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop and social commerce.
• Comfortable educating and coaching creators to improve content and performance.
• Excellent relationship-building and creator communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow the affiliate network across TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other channels.
• Recruit, onboard, activate, engage, optimize, and retain affiliates.
• Develop onboarding and activation strategies; create educator resources and incentives.
• Manage affiliate seeding, communications, and campaigns; align with marketing teams.
• Identify high-potential creators and scale successful campaigns.
